Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective
To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage or defect, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@vouxskin.com within 7 days of delivery. Do not return items without contacting us first.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and personal care products are not eligible for return or refund once opened or used.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery provided the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Refunds
If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective product, it will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
